Below are the current policies, procedures, and disclaimers of Euforia Hair Salon. These are put in place to protect you, Euforia Hair Salon and Kyle Miller.
Please note that all policies, procedures, and disclaimers are subject to the discretion of the owner of Euforia Hair Salon, Kyle Miller.
Cancellation/late Policy
Your appointments are very important to Kyle. It is time reserved especially for you. At Euforia Hair Salon, Kyle understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Kyle respectfully requests at least 24 HOURS notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, Kyle misses an opportunity to fill that appointment time. Guests on Kyle's waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the appointment time is reserved especially for you, a cancellation/late fee may apply if:
Less than 24 hours notice received will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
NO CALL, NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

For appointments made within 24 hours of the appointment time a need to cancel: the guest must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment. If less than 4 hours notice is given, a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount will result.

Multiple appointments not cancelled within 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment amount. This will also result in making a deposit to reserve an appointment and/or be seen as a walk-in only client.

If you are running 5-10 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in cancelling part of your services you have scheduled.
If you are running 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subject to a $20 late fee. This will result in cancelling part of your services you have scheduled.
If you are running 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services and your appointment will be forfeited.
Clean Hair Policy
Contrary to what you may have heard in the past, clean hair is best when you are receiving hair chemical services. Having clean hair ensures that your chemical services will have the optimal result. This will also reduce the risk of adverse reactions to your hair and scalp.
If it is decided that your hair is too dirty to perform chemical services on, there will be an additional $20 fee to clarify the hair before beginning any other hair service.
Client protection policy
Euforia Hair Salon and Kyle value your time and it only feels fair to honor the same policies Kyle holds his guests to. Should Kyle have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 48 hours notice, Kyle will honor 25% off your next identical service. All attempts to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner will be made.
Collar Policy
Please be mindful as to what kind of collar is on your shirt when arriving at Euforia Hair Salon. Having a high collar or hood on your shirt could hinder the precision of the services you are receiving. Kyle will provide you with a gown to change into if necessary. It is also perfectly acceptable to bring your own apparel to change into. Euforia Hair Salon and Kyle Miller will not be responsible for any damage/stains to any clothing worn by guests.
color & chemical services disclaimer
Kyle cannot guarantee the longevity of your chemical services if you do not follow his instructions and use the proper, recommended products, and techniques on your hair. After getting a chemical service, your hair will require more nourishment and moisture. Using products with cheap, stripping ingredients may cause damage or breakage to your hair. Results of chemical services may vary. Especially on compromised/damaged hair such as previously lightened, heat-damaged, or chemically treated portions. Everyone's hair will respond differently to chemicals. In some cases, the hair will not be able to hold color/chemicals as well as expected. Kyle always works to ensure that he performs services in the healthiest way possible and always works toward getting you as close to your dream hair as possible. That said, Euforia Hair Salon and Kyle Miller are not responsible for color/chemicals not lasting in previously compromised hair.
Confirmation Texts & Emails
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to click the link provided to confirm your appointment. If you DO NOT confirm your appointment within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee.
Credit card policy
All guests will be required to keep a credit card on file in Euforia Hair Salon's booking system, regardless of whether they have had issues with cancellations/no-shows. The purpose of this is to enforce the salon's Cancellation/No-Show/Late policy. Credit cards must be kept on file for all online bookings as well. Rest assured that all sensitive information is not kept inside the salon, but in the booking system's secure servers. No payment information is stored within Euforia Hair Salon.
Once credit card information has been stored, it cannot be retrieved by anyone at Euforia Hair Salon.
All guests are required to keep a card on file regardless of what payment method they use.
extra persons Policy
Euforia Hair Salon and Kyle Miller understand that finding caretakers for individuals who rely on you can be difficult. Kyle requests that you do not bring any extra people with you, including children, unless they are also receiving services. Kyle strives to keep a calm atmosphere for all guests as most come in to relax. If you and a friend or family member would like to be booked together for your services, please let Kyle know. This is usually an easy request to honor.
Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift certificates and gift cards are valid up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates and gift cards must be presented at time of checkout. Copies of gift certificates and gift cards are not accepted. Please call Euforia Hair Salon concerning lost gift certificates and gift cards. All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates and gift cards are valid at Euforia Hair Salon only for all products and services available.
gratuity Policy
Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated at the guests' discretion.
Health history policy
To maximize your comfort and safety, please notify Kyle if you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort in any way during your your services, please let Kyle know immediately.
Personal Items policy
Euforia Hair Salon and Kyle Miller regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal items including clothing and accessories.
Pricing policy
At Euforia Hair Salon, service pricing may vary. For accurate pricing, please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.
Privacy policy
Your private information, including, but not limited to: appointment history, payment history, and/or health concerns will be securely stored in Euforia Hair Salon's booking software. It will not be misused, shared or sold outside of Euforia Hair Salon. Your contact information is required in order for the salon to clearly communicate appointment details, reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements. Only Kyle Miller has access to this information.

Refund policy
At Euforia hair Salon, Kyle Miller takes pride in his work and strives to provide exceptional service for his guests. Kyle will do his best to ensure all guests are completely satisfied with their services. Due to unforeseen factors, Kyle understands that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please contact the salon within 72 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Kyle will do his best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
Right To refuse service
At Euforia Hair Salon, owner Kyle Miller has a right to refuse service to anyone without reason!
